Rant

I ate like crap today. Plus, I don’t think I ate enough. That doesn’t sound like it makes sense, but what I mean is, I ate foods that are SUPER bad for me, but I only ate twice. (Cracker Barrel for breakfast and pizza and ice cream for lunch/dinner)

My living situation is stressing me out. Truly it isn’t bad, just lots of change. When I stress out, I forget to eat. I can hear my stomach freaking out over the huge amount of sugar and low quality carbs I ate, but it is late, and I’m more interested in sleep than I am getting out of my bed into my freezing cold house. 

Tomorrow will be a better day! Plus, the half marathon is on Saturday! WOOOHOO!
